Ooltewah, Tennessee — February 24, 2015 — Holmes is now offering their 400-SL self-loader with optional power tilt.
The Miller Industries-distributed 400-SL’s new option operates via a 30-degree arc to provide positive tilt for increased vehicle clearance and negative tilt for hooking while on uneven or sloping road surfaces.
Proximity limiter switches on both the tilt and elevation cylinders provide control over the function, allowing users to set a predetermined height. Bumping the remote control switch a second time allows for additional tilt or elevation.
