Thornhill, Ontario — January 19, 2016 — Tow truck operators may want to take note that two membership organizations, , CAA Manitoba and CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO) are announcing their formal intention to merge.

CAA SCO’s President & CEO, Jay Woo, agreed that the ability to work together to provide a superior member experience is exciting.

CAA Manitoba and CAA SCO remain committed to member safety and offering exceptional member service. The merger of these two organizations will enhance roadside assistance, travel, and insurance services in both Manitoba and Ontario. The two companies will also continue to operate under their current respective brands.
CAA Manitoba and CAA SCO intend that the proposed merger will occur on September 30, 2016, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
