Ayr, Ontario — September 21, 2016 — Canadian Towing Equipment breathed some new life into its online platforms in early September, launching a brand-new website for its customers across the continent.
Officially unveiled on Sept. 13, the new site goes some way towards bringing the organization into the new age of online technology. As well as featuring an ever-growing video library to show off new products, the website is completely compatible with mobile devices.
“With anything in business, you’re always striving to refresh yourself and ensure you’re keeping up with the standards and demands of the industry, especially so in the towing sector,” said Dale Hartung, General Manager of Canadian Towing Equipment. “This new website is something that has been in the pipeline for a while now. We really wanted to boost our online presence and give the website a more modern look.”
He added, “It’s crisp, it’s clean and it’s professional. It’s probably been five years since we last updated the site, so there are a lot of new features to keep our customers happy.”
The chief among those, according to Hartung, is the website’s compatibility with mobile devices.
“Our old site was a little off with that, so we’re excited to be able to offer a mobile platform. Because of the business we’re in most of our customers spend the majority of their time on the road, so we’re really happy to provide them with easier access to our products.”
The online store has also received a little TLC with more pictures, videos and products than ever before showcasing Canadian Towing Equipment’s extensive inventory.
More than a week on from the official launch and Hartung said the company is already receiving some feedback from “happy” customers.
“The customers seem to be pleased with the change and that’s the most important thing. We do our best to make sure we’re among the leaders in our industry and, so far, this new website has been a really positive step towards ensuring we remain ahead of the curve.
