Markham, Ontario — June 8, 2017 — The Provincial Towing Association of Ontario (PTAO) will be taking over the Markham Fairgrounds as they bring back the annual Tow Show this August 25th – 26th. With new competitions and special guests, this year will surely be worth checking out.
The Tow Show will see the return regular competitions such as the Light Duty Challenge, Light and Heavy Back-Up, and Lock Out to name a few. New this year is the Heavy Rotator Competition to face off against the stars of The Weather Network’s Heavy Rescue: 401. The crew will also be doing a meet and greet autograph session for all attendees.
Also new to the Tow Show this year is the chance to try out your company’s marketing. Register with PTAO for display space to show off what your company has to offer. This creates networking opportunities, but also allows companies to be a part of the Best Company Display competition; awarding prizes for the best set up at the show.
Have a recovery job that needs sharing? Submit it to PTAO to be a part of the Recovery Theatre portion of the show. Industry specialists will dissect the top five submissions and present them in this new event. This will culminate in the Recovery of the Year award, given to the top recovery job presented.
Not only will there be numerous competitions to be a part of, but also presentations to learn from. The Tow Show will have speakers discussing “Roadside Safety” and “Creating an Employee Handbook” for attendees to participate.
With Ontario Recovery Group’s free pancake breakfast and the pig and chicken roast Awards Banquet, this is a must attend event for tow enthusiasts.
